I have been lucky and been able to travel this continent and several others. Seeing and getting directly involved in locations and societies different from mine add to my understanding of the world and create a better understanding of us as human societies. Recording travel photographically gives me and my better half the opportunity to recall the details of events and meetings of people and cities not the same as ours. Travel has enriched our lives by allowing us to experience other people’s lives and customs.
